PwC Russia is looking for а Head of Acceleration Center (AC).

 

The main purpose of this role is to take ownership over all AC processes and the whole cycle of AC development from building-up stage to achieving process excellence. Execute high quality AC services in line with best practices:

Oversee AC setting-up including managing the action plan and toolkit for complex multi-wave AC transition, providing leadership for AC processes transformation initiatives, evaluating and managing risks at each stage.
Facilitate the implementation of the operational model of E2E process in AC during the all transition phases with its key elements: governance, processes, org. structure, IT enablers and change management agenda.
Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives of PwC Russia.
Be a role model of a change champion in order to achieve process excellence.
Drive Operational effectiveness of AC processes and high-quality service levels leveraging quality management processes.
Execute implementation of high-performance culture in the AC/outside AC focused on quality and continuous improvement.
Drive management communications, align with key stakeholders, manage conflicts, facilitate and drive decisions making regarding AC agenda through setting up a Board of Executives

 

Accountabilities

This role is the key contributor to the creation of a short- and long-term strategy for the AC operations in close alignment with Board of Executives and key Functional stakeholders.

Ensure high quality AC operations in line with best practices.
Facilitate delivering the operational model (governance, processes, org. structure, IT enablers and change management agenda) implementation.
Ensure internal controls agenda.
Manage stakeholders and delivery of AC processes ensuring compliance to PWC standards, policies and procedures.
Drive management communications and alignment and manage relationship with senior stakeholders to facilitate decision making required to achieve high performance standards established for AC.
Ensure ongoing cross-functional AC processes within higher quality service levels.
Facilitate E2E leads ensuring achievement of established SLAs/OLAs/KPIs, challenge the established internal targets.
Ensure alignment with Global team on related activities.

AC target setting:

Establish/execute a strategy to deliver high-quality operations within the scope of the AC.
Drive cost and quality performance targets and compliance of internal controls within the scope of the AC (provide input into all Decision Gates).
Translate PwC company strategy in to annual AC plans and ensure execution of it.
Provide cascading overall AC’s KPIs on all AC functions.
Manage AC operational and investment budget (incl. budgeting and forecasting).
Driving AC Processes Excellence agenda:

Facilitate implementation of AC Process Excellence and Knowledge Management models
Drive the development and implementation of a high-performance culture in the AC focused on quality and continuous improvement and ensures implementation of Perform methodology from the beginning.
Drive automation agenda within Continious improvement strategy

People development:

Ensure continuous talent development of AC team to build current and future capability.
Create a talent pool for the PwC organization.
Create Inclusive and Engaging Work Environment with involvement of the Lines leads and manage positive working climate and effective organization of the working process according to legal and local regulations and corporate policies and practices of PwC.

 

Key Skills/Experience Required

General:

Higher Education in general management/mathematics/finance – obligatory
Minimum 7 years experience in operational management roles
Deep understanding of Audit, Tax, Corporate Services processes
Experience in transformation
Deep understanding of shared service center models
Fluent in English and Russian
Ability to travel 30 % of time

Experience based:

Ability to lead and influence multiple stakeholders of senior top management level. Solid presenter – oral and in writing / decks.
Strong analytical skills to identify root issues and convert complex problems into actionable and clear solutions – ideally consultant background.
Professional knowledge in functional areas:
Project management standards and principles, methodologies and tools;
Modeling and analysis of business processes;
Experience in strategy development as well as managing execution;
Strong team manager to build functional expertise and talent.
